The Third Partner in Venice

Beatriz Gerenstein participated in the 56th Venice Biennale collateral exhibition, “Personal Structures,” from May 8 to November 22, 2015.  This exhibition was organized by the European Cultural Centre and the Global Art Affairs Foundation and held at Palazzo Mora, Venice, Italy.

The Concept

This monumental sculpture, "The Third Partner," symbolizes the presence of divine energy in every relationship, whether it's a romantic bond, a business partnership, or a social agreement.

Throughout history, humanity has acknowledged the impact of forces beyond its control in all human endeavors. Some view it as divine intervention, while others refer to it as luck. Whatever the name, Beatriz Gerenstein's work pays tribute to this powerful energy that mediates human connections.
